Ingredients:
• 1.5 cups – Wheat flour
• 3 tbsp – Edible gum/goond
• 1/2 cup – Powdered Sugar
• 1/4 tsp – Cardamom powder
• 2tbsp – Ghee for frying edible gum
• 3tbsp – Ghee for roasting Wheat flour
Method:
- Heat the ghee in a pan. Add the wheat flour.
- Roast it on slow flame until the flour turns golden brown. Allow it to cool.
- Heat the ghee and fry the edible gum until they get puffed up and transfer it to a paper towel.
- Now, add the fried edible gum, roasted wheat flour, cardamom powder, powdered sugar and mix well.
- Make medium-sized ladoos from the mixture.
- If it’s hard to make balls, add 2 or 3 tablespoons of melted ghee and make balls.
