Ingredients:

• 1/4 litre – Yoghurt
• 3 glasses – water
• few Curry leaves
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1 inch – Ginger
• few sprigs of coriander
• 4 tsp – chopped Cucumber
• 1 – small chilli(optional)
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Blend together all the spices and leaves till they attain a paste like consistency.
  2. To this, add yogurt, water and blend well.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator and serve.
