
Ingredients:
• Wheat flour – 1 medium size glass
• Rice flour – 1 medium size glass
• Groundnut – 50 g
• Bengal Gram – 1 glass
• Horse gram – 1 glass
• Poppy Seeds – 10 g
• Chana ke dal – 50 g
• Til – 10 g
• Jaggery- 250 g
Method:
- Fry Bengal gram, horse gram, groundnut, wheat flour and rice flour separately, with a little ghee.
- Grind Bengal gram and horse gram separately.
- Put jaggery in a pan. Add a little water, till it dissolves and bubbles form.
- Then add all the powdered flour, mix it well and make small balls.
- Cool it for 10 minutes.
