
Ingredients:
• 250 gm – paneer, cut like finger chips
• 250 gm – baby corn, parboiled
• 2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tbsp – chopped Garlic
• 1/2 tsp – Oregano
• 2 tbsp – Lime juice
• 1/2 tsp – Worcestershire sauce
• 5 tbsp – oil
• 1/2 cup – green capsicum, cut into thin strips
• 1/2 cup – red capsicum, cut into thin strips
• 1/2 cup – yellow capsicum, cut into thin strips
• 1/2 cup – onion, sliced
• white pepper powder to taste
• salt to taste
Method:
- Marinate paneer and baby corn in all the ingredients from chilli powder to Worcestershire sauce and 3 tbsp of oil for 30 mins.
- Heat remaining oil in a non-stick wok.
- Stir fry all the capsicums and onion for 2 mins.
- Add paneer, white pepper, salt and babycorn with the marinade to the wok. Stir-fry on high heat for 2 mins.
- Serve hot with flour or maize tortillas.
