Ingredients:

• 6 – beans
• 1 – big Carrot
• 1 cup – Channa dal
• 5 to 6 – Red Chilli
• Oil for frying
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Soak 1 cup channa dal for 1 hour.
  2. Cut beans and carrot.
  3. Cook them and drain the cooked water.
  4. Drain the channa dal water.
  5. Take a food processor and grind the dal roughly along with red chillies with a bit of salt (do not grind smooth).
  6. Take a kadai, heat kadai and add 2-3 tsp of oil.
  7. Add mustard and saute it, then add the dal mixture and fry the dal till it becomes powdery and smooth.
  8. Add the cooked vegetable and mix well so that the dal mixture powder mixes well with the vegetables.
  9. Keep stirring for 5-8 minutes.
  10. Constantly stir it.
  11. Eat with chapatti.
