Ingredients:

• 2 cups – bread cubes (2 days old bread)
• 3 tbsp – Butter
• 1 tsp – chopped Garlic
• 1/2 tsp – dried Oregano
• 1/2 tsp – salt

Method:

  1. Place butter in a microwave safe bowl. Cook on full power till butter melts, about 45 seconds.
  2. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Toss in rest of the ingredients. Cook on full power for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Allow to stand till cool and crisp.
  5. Serve as a snack to munch any time or to serve with soup.
