
Ingredients:
• 1 kg – Raw Mango grated (juice removed)
• 1.5 kg – Sugar
• 4 tbsp – chilli powder
• 1 tbsp – ground Jeera
• 1/2 tsp – Haldi
Method:
- Mix sugar and grated mango after removing the juice.
- Add all the other ingredients and place in the sun for 15 days covered with a mulmul cloth. Bottle.
