Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup – Urad Dal
• 1/2 cup – Channa dhal
• 1/4 cup – Groundnuts
• 1/4 cup – Noogulu
• Red Chillies as per taste
• A small piece – Tamarind
• 3 tbsp – Dry Coconut
• A small piece – Jaggery
• A pinch of Asafoetida
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Fry urad dal and channa dhal until they become brown.
  2. Fry groundnuts and noogulu.
  3. Fry the red chillies along with asafoetida.
  4. After this, add the tamarind, jaggery and salt.
  5. At the end add dry coconut.
  6. When all the ingredients are ready grind them into a fine powder.
