
Ingredients:
• 200 g – fresh Mushroom
• 2 – big red Tomatoes
• 1 – big Onion
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp – chopped Red Chillies
• 1 ladle – Tomato sauce
• 2 tbsp – oil
• Chopped Coriander leaves and a dash of Cream for garnish
Method:
- Wash and cut mushrooms in halves, keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions. Saute for a few minutes till transparent.
- Peel tomatoes by putting them in hot water, cut it finely and add to the onions in the pan. Stir well.
- Now add mushrooms, salt, red chillies and mix well for a few minutes.
- Add tomato sauce to the mixture and again stir.
- Serve with plenty of coriander leaves and a little cream at the top.
