Ingredients:

• 200 g – fresh Mushroom
• 2 – big red Tomatoes
• 1 – big Onion
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp – chopped Red Chillies
• 1 ladle – Tomato sauce
• 2 tbsp – oil
• Chopped Coriander leaves and a dash of Cream for garnish

Method:

  1. Wash and cut mushrooms in halves, keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions. Saute for a few minutes till transparent.
  3. Peel tomatoes by putting them in hot water, cut it finely and add to the onions in the pan. Stir well.
  4. Now add mushrooms, salt, red chillies and mix well for a few minutes.
  5. Add tomato sauce to the mixture and again stir.
  6. Serve with plenty of coriander leaves and a little cream at the top.
