
Ingredients:
• 2 – medium-sized Onions
• 3 – medium-sized Tomatoes
• 250 g – homemade Paneer or market cheese
• 2 tsp – oil
• Coriander leaves for garnishing
• salt to taste
• Red Chilli to taste
• dry coriander powder
• a pinch of black pepper to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add the chopped onions and fry for about 4 minutes or until golden brown.
- Add the finely chopped tomatoes and salt to taste.
- Stir until the oil starts leaving the pan.
- Add the scrambled paneer and the dry spices.
- Keep stirring on low flame for another 7 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander leaves before serving.
