
Ingredients:
• 200 g – sweet Corn (boiled)
• 8 – bread slices
• 1 – onion, medium, finely chopped
• 1 – capsicum, big, finely chopped
• 1 – tomato, medium, finely chopped
• 50 g – fresh Cream
• 2 tsp – Butter
• 3 tsp – Sugar
• 300 g – Curd
• 1/4 tsp – jaljeera power
• 1/4 tsp – pepper power
• salt to taste
• Tomato sauce (optional)
Method:
- Heat butter in a flat-bottomed pan and add onions and fry till golden pink.
- Add capsicum and fry till soft.
- Add tomato and cook for 2-3 mins.
- Season with jaljeera power, pepper power, salt and mix well.
- Add sweet corn and mix well and turn off the gas.
- Add fresh cream and mix well. Keep aside.
- Toast bread slices on a tawa with some butter and keep aside.
- Beat the sugar, curd and keep aside.
- On a serving plate, keep one toasted bread slice. Spread the corn mixture on the slice, cover it with another slice and pour the curd mixture on top of the sandwich.
- Garnish with some boiled corns and serve hot.
