Ingredients:

• 200 g – sweet Corn (boiled)
• 8 – bread slices
• 1 – onion, medium, finely chopped
• 1 – capsicum, big, finely chopped
• 1 – tomato, medium, finely chopped
• 50 g – fresh Cream
• 2 tsp – Butter
• 3 tsp – Sugar
• 300 g – Curd
• 1/4 tsp – jaljeera power
• 1/4 tsp – pepper power
• salt to taste
• Tomato sauce (optional)

Method:

  1. Heat butter in a flat-bottomed pan and add onions and fry till golden pink.
  2. Add capsicum and fry till soft.
  3. Add tomato and cook for 2-3 mins.
  4. Season with jaljeera power, pepper power, salt and mix well.
  5. Add sweet corn and mix well and turn off the gas.
  6. Add fresh cream and mix well. Keep aside.
  7. Toast bread slices on a tawa with some butter and keep aside.
  8. Beat the sugar, curd and keep aside.
  9. On a serving plate, keep one toasted bread slice. Spread the corn mixture on the slice, cover it with another slice and pour the curd mixture on top of the sandwich.
  10. Garnish with some boiled corns and serve hot.
