Ingredients:
• 1 kg – Chicken
• 8 to 10 – chopped Onions
• 4 to 5 – chopped Green chilli
• 2 tbsp – Sugar
• 2 – chopped Tomatoes
• 2 tbsp – Ginger paste
• 2 tbsp – Garlic paste
• 1 tbsp – coriander powder
• 1 tbsp – Fenugreek powder
• 1 tbsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1 tbsp – Turmeric
• 2 tbsp – Vinegar
• 2 tbsp – Red Chilli powder
• Water to make the gravy
• Oil to cook
Method:
- Marinate chicken with sugar and set aside for 15-20 mins.
- In a pan heat oil, add mustard seeds, fenugreek powder, onions and saute well.
- Add ginger-garlic paste, green chilli paste and saute further.
- Mix in the tomatoes, add the turmeric, coriander powder, red chilli powder and water.
- Mix in the marinated chicken and cook till done.
- Serve hot.
