
Ingredients:
• 100 gms – grated Coconut
• 3/4 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 4 – shallots, chopped
• 1 tbsp – chopped Coriander leaves
• 1/2 tsp – thick Tamarind paste
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• 1 tbsp – water
Method:
- Make a smooth and thick paste using all the ingredients in a mixer.
- Sprinkle 1 tbsp of water when making chammanthi.
- Serve it with kanji or dosa varieties.
