Ingredients:

• 2 – Maize soft Corn
• 25 g – green coriander
• 2 – Green chillies
• Lemon juice
• Salt according to taste
• 5 ml – oil
• 1 litre – water (for poaching)

Method:

  1. Grind corn to rough paste.
  2. Chop green coriander and green chilli finely and add to the corn paste.
  3. Add lemon juice, salt and mix well. Grease two maize skin/peels.
  4. Put the mixture in the greased peels. Wrap in aluminium foil and seal with thread.
  5. Poach in boiling water till done. Take out from water.
  6. Unpeel and cut into pieces and serve hot.
