Ingredients:

• 8 slices bread
• 1/2 cup – grated cheese
• 2 Green chillies chopped finely
• 1/2 tsp – pepper powder
• 1 tsp – chopped Coriander leaves
• 2 tsp – Butter

Method:

  1. Mix together the grated cheese, pepper powder, chopped chillies and chopped coriander leaves.
  2. Butter the slices of bread on one side only.
  3. Spread the grated cheese mixture on 4 of the buttered slices and cover with the remaining slices buttered side up.
  4. Grill in an over or toast on a flat pan / tawa.
  5. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
