
Ingredients:
• 8 slices bread
• 1/2 cup – grated cheese
• 2 Green chillies chopped finely
• 1/2 tsp – pepper powder
• 1 tsp – chopped Coriander leaves
• 2 tsp – Butter
Method:
- Mix together the grated cheese, pepper powder, chopped chillies and chopped coriander leaves.
- Butter the slices of bread on one side only.
- Spread the grated cheese mixture on 4 of the buttered slices and cover with the remaining slices buttered side up.
- Grill in an over or toast on a flat pan / tawa.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce.
