Ingredients:
• 4 – carrots, grated
• a few coriander leaves, thinly chopped
• 1/2 – onion, thinly chopped
• 1 – green chilli, thinly chopped
• 4-5 tsp – Lemon juice
• salt to taste
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate for an hour.
