
Ingredients:
• Potatoes medium sized – 2, boiled and grated.
• Jeera – 1 pinch.
• oil – 1/2 tsp.
• Green chilli – 1 small.
• Asafoetida (hing) – 1 pinch.
• Curry leaves (kadipatta) – a few.
• Yoghurt – 4 tbsp.
• Sugar – 1/2 tsp.
• Salt – to taste.
Method:
- Mix the potatoes with yogurt, sugar and salt.
- In a kadai heat oil. Fry jeera, till it turns brown.
- Add green chilli, curry leaves and asafoetida.
- Add the tadka, to the potatoes.
- Serve chilled with parathas or rice.
