Ingredients:
• Raw Rice – 1 cup
• Sugar – 250 g
• Milk – 1 liter
• Elaichi (powdered) – 1 tsp
Method:
- Boil the milk and keep aside 1/2 the boiled milk.
- Clean the rice in fresh water.
- Boil water, add the rice. Stir it.
- Half cook the rice, then add the milk.
- Keep stirring for 10 minutes continuously.
- Add the sugar after 10 minutes and then bring it to a boil.
- Pour the remaining reserved milk and stir for another 2 minutes.
- Switch off the gas and then add the elaichi powder.
- Serve hot.
