
Ingredients:
• Moong dal – 250 gm
• Red Chilli – 7 or 8
• Pepper -1 tsp
• Coconut grated – 4 tsp
• Ghee – 1 tsp
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Fry moong dhal in a tawa without any oil till it becomes golden brown and keep aside.
- Fry chillies and pepper with little ghee or oil.
- Grind fried moong dhal, pepper and chillies with coconut and salt with little water.
- It will be good with milagu (pepper) rasam.
