
Ingredients:
• 250 g – Paneer (cream cheese)
• 1 – Onion (finely chopped)
• 3 tbsp – Butter
• 3 – Green chillies (sliced)
• 1 1/2 tsp – salt
• 250 g – tomatoes, peeled and finely chopped
• 1/2 tsp – pepper
Method:
- Cut the paneer into cubes.
- Sprinkle with salt and fry. Drain and keep aside.
- Melt the butter and fry the onions till golden brown.
- Melt the butter and fry the onions till golden brown.
- Add the fried paneer, cover and cook for 2 mins on a slow fire.
- Add the tomatoes the remaining salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook slowly for 10 mins.
- Shake the pan every now and then while cooking.
