
Ingredients:
• 250 g – Lobia (soaked for 3 to 4 hrs)
• 1 onion, chopped fine
• 2 green chillies, chopped fine
• 6 Garlic cloves, peeled
• 1/2 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 10 Curry leaves
• 1/2 tbsp – chopped, coriander
• 1/4 tsp – Jeera
• 1 Red Chilli
• 1/2 tbsp – oil
• salt
Method:
- Cook soaked lobia with salt in a pressure cooker up to 3 whistles,
- Drain the beans and keep aside.
- Heat oil, add mustard seeds, cumin, red chilli, crushed garlic and curry leaves
- Fry till the mustard seeds splutter, add onion and green chilli; fry till the onion becomes pink.
- Add boiled lobia, mix well, check salt, sprinkle chopped coriander leaves, mix well and keep covered for 1 to 2 mins
- Remove and serve along with tea.
