
Ingredients:
• 6 – large Potatoes
• 2 tbsp – Butter
• 2 tsp – pepper powder
• salt to taste
Method:
- Wash the potatoes and cook until soft.
- Remove the skin and mash well.
- Add the butter, pepper powder and salt and mix well.
- Serve with toast and roast beef/roast chicken/any baked dish.
