
Ingredients:
• 3 cup – Idli batter
• 4 – chopped Onions (medium size)
• 5 – green chillies, minced
• 1 small piece – ginger, peeled and minced
• oil as required
Method:
- Mix chopped onions, minced chillies and ginger with the idli batter and stir well.
- Evenly spread 1 tsp oil onto a heated frying pan and spread some batter on it.
- Turn it on its side when the base is light brown and cook for 30 seconds.
- Serve hot with chutney or sambhar.
