Ingredients:
• 2 cups Peanuts shelled
• 1/4 cup Rice flour
• 1 tbsp. plain flour
• 2-3 pinches soda bicarb
• 1 tsp. Red Chilli powder
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 tsp. chaat masala (optional)
• Oil to deep fry
Method:
- Make a very thick paste of all ingredients, except nuts and oil, using cold water. Now toss in peanuts and mix till they are evenly coated.
- Heat oil in a frying pan, till smoky.
- Reduce heat, drop in coated nuts one by one quickly. Fry till crisp.
- Drain, cool and serve with tea, drinks, or whenever you feel the urge to munch something.
