Ingredients:

• 2 – eggs
• 1 – Onion chopped finely
• 1 – Tomato chopped finely
• 2 – Green chillies
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala
• Salt
• Black Pepper (optional)
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Chaat Masala (optional)
• Oil
• Pita Bread (optional)

Method:

  1. Heat some oil and fry onions and green chillies.
  2. When onions are kind of brown, add tomatoes to it.
  3. Add all masalas to it. (You can add the optional masalas if you want the dish spicier.)
  4. Cook the whole mixture for about 5-6 minutes.
  5. Now beat the eggs well. Add some salt and make medium-sized omelettes.
  6. When the omelettes are cooked, remove them in a dish and put the onion and tomato mixture on one side and fold it.
