
Ingredients:
• 1 large – Pomfret
• To pound:
• 1 – Lemon grass
• 4 – kaffir Lime leaves
• 2 pieces – Garlic
• 1 – Ginger
• 4 tbsp – black soya sauce
• 2 tbsp – light soya sauce
• few drops – sesame oil
• 1.5 tsp – Sugar
• salt to taste
• 1.5 tsp – Corn flour
• 1/2 cup – water
Method:
- Mix the pounded ingredients with the sauces. Pour it on top of the fish.
- Steam for 20-25 mins (depends on the size of the fish).
- Garnish with chopped spring onions and sliced red chillies.
