
Ingredients:
• 1/4 cup – Rice
• 2 cup – Milk
• 1/2 cup – Sugar
• Raisins, almond, green cardamom, cashews for garnishing
Method:
- Pressure cooker rice with one cup of milk for up to one whistle.
- Once done, add the remaining milk (boiled), sugar and cook for 3-4 minutes
- Garnish and serve.
