Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – Chicken (clean and cut)
• 1 tbsp each – Ginger Garlic paste
• 2 – Green chilli paste
• 2 tbsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tbsp – Lemon juice
• Coconut oil to fry

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients except oil with chicken and let it rest for at least 1 hour.
  2. Cook adding a little water.
  3. Deep fry the cooked chicken pieces in hot coconut oil and serve.
