Ingredients:

• 1 bottle – Dark rum
• 1 bottle – Light rum
• 1/4 litre – Sugar syrup
• 1/4 litre – Lemon juice
• 1 bottle – brandy
• 1.5 – 3/4 litres – Water
• 8 tbsp – Coffee liqueur
• Ice Cubes

Method:

  1. In a large punch bowl, mix the two rums, brandy, coffee liqueur, sugar syrup and lemon juice.
  2. Taste and correct sweetness if desired.
  3. Gradually add water, tasting as you put it in. Add ice.
  4. If the punch is going to be standing for a long time, keep in mind that the ice is going to melt and the punch is going to be diluted further.
