Ingredients:

• 3 – ripe Bananas
• 1 cup – cornflour
• 1 cup – Sugar
• 1 tbsp – melted Butter
• 3 cups – Milk

Method:

  1. Mash the bananas. Heat the butter in a pan. Add the bananas and heat moderately.
  2. Add cornflour and sugar.
  3. Pour it into milk and stir the mixture until it gets semisolid.
  4. Serve hot or cold, dusted with powdered sugar.
  5. If desired, whipped cream or fruit syrup may be placed on top of the pudding.
