Ingredients:
• 3 – ripe Bananas
• 1 cup – cornflour
• 1 cup – Sugar
• 1 tbsp – melted Butter
• 3 cups – Milk
Method:
- Mash the bananas. Heat the butter in a pan. Add the bananas and heat moderately.
- Add cornflour and sugar.
- Pour it into milk and stir the mixture until it gets semisolid.
- Serve hot or cold, dusted with powdered sugar.
- If desired, whipped cream or fruit syrup may be placed on top of the pudding.
