
Ingredients:
• Carrots: 2 medium
• Peas – 100 g
• Beans – 100 g (cut into 2 inch pieces)
• Potatoes – 1 (Large)
• Onion – 1 (Large)
• Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
• Vinegar – 1 tbsp
• Tandoori masala
• Tabasco
• Salt, pepper and very little oil
Method:
- Mix cut vegetables with ginger garlic paste, salt and vinegar and marinate overnight in refrigerator.
- Next day, sprinkle oil on a non-stick pan and gently toss the mixture for 2-3 minutes on a high flame.
- Add any tandoori masala to the mixture and mix well.
- Instead of tandoori, you may use a mixture of garam masala, coriander powder, onion powder, chilli powder and garlic flakes.
- Grease aluminium foil with oil/butter and place the mixture.
- Sprinkle with pepper and a little salt (to taste).
- Enclose the mixture by folding in four corners of the sheet.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Bake for 40 minutes.
- Before taking out pour a little Tabasco or ketchup.
