
Ingredients:
• 1 tsp – Finely chopped Ginger
• 2 – Green chillies cut it into halves
• 3/4 – Onion, finely chopped
• 2 – Tomatoes, finely chopped
• A few Coriander leaves
• 2 tsp – Oil
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• One handful – Grated Coconut (Optional)
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Take a microwave-safe vessel.
- Put the ginger, onion, coriander leaves, oil, green chilli and mix it well.
- Microwave this on high for 5 mins with the lid closed.
- Then add tomatoes, chilli powder and salt. Microwave it on high for another 4 mins with the lid closed.
- Add coconut (optional) and microwave it on high for 2 mins.
- Use as side dish for dosas, chapattis, parathas etc.
