Ingredients:
• 2 medium raw mangoes
• 1 cup – Sugar
• 3 glasses – water
• 1 tsp – Cardamom powder
• a few drops essence of Saffron
• crushed ice
Method:
- Boil sugar in 1 glass water.
- When sugar dissolves, remove from fire.
- Cool, strain and chill.
- Boil and slice the mangoes into small pieces.
- Boil in remaining water till soft and then strain through a cloth.
- Mix with sugar syrup and chill.
- Put in essence, cardamom powder and ice before serving.
