
Ingredients:
• 1/4 cup – nannari syrup/sarasaparilla syrup
• 2 tbsp – sabja seeds (soaked in water)
• 1 – Lemon
• A few – soaked Badam pisin/almond gum
• Ice cubes
Method:
- Soak almond gum in water overnight. The almond gum turns into a transparent jelly like texture. Drain the remaining water and wash again.
- Mix nannari syrup, soaked sabja seeds and soaked badam pisin in a vessel.
- Add enough chilled water and juice from the lemon.
- Add the ice cubes, mix well and serve.
