Ingredients:

• 20 – Okras
• 2 tbsp – Gram flour
• 3 tbsp – Rice flour
• 1 tbsp – Corn flour
• 1 tsp – Red chili powder
• 3 – Garlic pods
• 1/2 tsp – Fennel seeds
• Salt
• Oil for Deep Frying

Method:

  1. Wash the okras and pat dry them. Discard the top and bottom.
  2. Cut them lengthwise and keep aside.
  3. Grind the garlic and fennel seed with water into a thick paste.
  4. Now add the gram flour, rice flour, corn flour, grounded paste, red chilli powder and salt. Mix everything.
  5. Just sprinkle some water so that the flours stick to the okra pieces.
  6. Keep aside 10 minutes.
  7. Deep Fried in batches.
  8. Drain the excess oil in a paper towel.
