Ingredients:

• 2 cups – dry Coconut powder
• 1 cup – ricotta cheese
• 1 cup – carnation Milk powder
• 1 cup – Sugar
• 3 tbsp – Ghee
• A few strands – Saffron
• To decorate:
• 8-9 – Almond and Pistachio (cut into slices)

Method:

  1. In a big microwave bowl, heat 1 tbsp of ghee and add coconut powder, ricotta cheese, sugar, saffron and mix it.
  2. Cover the bowl and microwave it for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove bowl from microwave, add 1 tbsp ghee and stir the mixture.
  4. Put the bowl back covered in microwave for 5 more minutes.
  5. Remove again, add 1 tbsp ghee and stir the mixture.
  6. Put the lid on and back into microwave for 3 more minutes.
  7. Remove the bowl and lay the mixture on a flat, greased tray at an even level.
  8. Decorate it with almonds and pistachios.
  9. Let the mixture cool and then cut into squares.
  10. Do not remove the pieces and refrigerate overnight until next day.
