Ingredients:

• 20 large Mushrooms
• 250 g Crab Meat
• 1 cup bread crumbs
• 1/2 tsp Garlic paste
• 2 onions, chopped finely
• 1 tsp Lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
• 1 tbsp finely chopped Celery
• 3 tbsp Butter
• 2 tbsp water
• Salt as per taste

Method:

  1. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  2. Scoop a bit from inside so that they can be stuffed.
  3. Heat butter in a pan and fry onions till golden brown.
  4. Add ginger paste and saute for a minute.
  5. Add crab meat, bread crumbs. celery, pepper powder and salt.
  6. Cook for 5 mins and add lemon juice.
  7. Remove from the flame.
  8. Brush the mushrooms with butter, inside and outside.
  9. In an oven-proof dish, put 3 tbsp water.
  10. Place the mushrooms and stuff them evenly with the crab meat mixture.
  11. Bake for 20 mins at moderate temperature.
  12. Serve hot.
