Ingredients:

• 3 cups – Cooked Rice
• 1 – Onion (big and chopped)
• 1 tsp – Ginger-garlic paste
• 1 cup – Rajma (cooked)
• 1 cup – Paneer (cubed)
• 1/2 cup – Green peas (frozen)
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 2 tsp – Pav bhaji masala
• Salt – to taste
• Oil – to fry
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 10-15 – Cashew nuts
• 1 tbsp – Lemon juice

Method:

  1. Heat enough oil. Fry the cumin seeds and cashew nuts until they turn brown.
  2. Immediately add the chopped onions and saute them until they turn translucent.
  3. Add the ginger-garlic paste to the vegetables and cook until the raw smell goes.
  4. Add the frozen peas, cooked rajma, cubed paneer, pav bhaji masala, garam masala powder and salt, and saute for few minutes.
  5. Add some water and cook until the water gets evaporated.
  6. Now, add the cooked rice, salt, lemon juice and toss everything gently until they are mixed well on high heat. Put off the stove immediately.
  7. Serve with fried potatoes or eggs.
