Ingredients:
• 1 fistful -rice
• 1/2 -1 cup -sugar (depends on your taste)
• 1 litre – Milk
• 1/2 cup diced nuts (cashews, almonds, pista)
• 1/4 tsp- elaichi powder
Method:
- Take rice and milk together in a thick bottomed pan and place on a medium heat.
- Reduce the heat as the milk starts boiling and allow the rice to cook.
- When done, add sugar and nuts, mix well.
- Garnish with elaichi powder.
- Serve it hot/cold.
