Ingredients:

• 1 fistful -rice
• 1/2 -1 cup -sugar (depends on your taste)
• 1 litre – Milk
• 1/2 cup diced nuts (cashews, almonds, pista)
• 1/4 tsp- elaichi powder

Method:

  1. Take rice and milk together in a thick bottomed pan and place on a medium heat.
  2. Reduce the heat as the milk starts boiling and allow the rice to cook.
  3. When done, add sugar and nuts, mix well.
  4. Garnish with elaichi powder.
  5. Serve it hot/cold.
