Ingredients:
• 2 cups Flour
• 1/2 cup Milk
• 4 tbsps Ghee
• 1/2 cup Sugar
• 2 tbsps Til
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• Oil or Ghee to deep fry
Method:
- Melt ghee and sugar in warm milk. Use it to make dough.
- Add the other ingredients and knead dough well. Prepare big balls.
- Roll them out and cut out different shapes.
- Deep-fry until they become pinkish and crisp.
