Ingredients:

• 2 cups Flour
• 1/2 cup Milk
• 4 tbsps Ghee
• 1/2 cup Sugar
• 2 tbsps Til
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• Oil or Ghee to deep fry

Method:

  1. Melt ghee and sugar in warm milk. Use it to make dough.
  2. Add the other ingredients and knead dough well. Prepare big balls.
  3. Roll them out and cut out different shapes.
  4. Deep-fry until they become pinkish and crisp.
