Ingredients:
• 4 cups – whole Wheat flour
• 1 cup – lukewarm Milk
• 1/2 cup – lukewarm water
• 1 tbsp – Sugar (optional)
• 2 tsp – Dry yeast
• All-purpose flour for dusting
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Mix well both whole wheat flour and salt with a wooden spatula.
- Add lukewarm water, lukewarm milk, sugar and yeast together in a large bowl and mix everything well until the yeast mixes well.
- Add this mixture to the flour and mix well into a sticky dough. Keep the dough in a warm place, covered with a lid for two hours. Let the dough rise.
- Sprinkle the all-purpose flour to the loaf pan and transfer the dough to the loaf pan. Keep it in a warm place for an hour.
- Dust it well with the all-purpose flour.
- Preheat the oven for 300F for 10 minutes. Place the loaf pan in the middle rack of the oven and bake it for 45 minutes until it turns brown.
- Cool it completely and slice it into pieces.
