Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – lamb Meat (curry cut pieces).
• 2 tbsp pepper powder.
• 2 tbsp Coriander powder.
• 1 tsp Turmeric powder.
• salt.
• 250g small Onions ( chopped).
• curry leaves.
• 1 tsp Mustard seeds.
• edible vegetable oil.
Method:
- Clean and wash the meat.
- Marinate the meat with pepper powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt.
- Pressure cook the marinated meat, till almost done.
- Take another pan, heat the oil, add mustard seeds chopped small onions and curry leaves.
- Add the cooked meat to this after the onions turn slightly brown. Bring to boil over low flame.
- Serve hot with bread or rice.
