
Ingredients:
• 8-9 fillets – catfish, cut into 3-inch pieces
• 1.5 tsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 4 – Green chillies
• 2 tbsp – Coriander leaves
• 3 tsp – Lemon juice
• Suji (Rava) for coating
• oil for frying
• salt to taste
Method:
- Grind the chillies and coriander leaves to a paste.
- Apply the paste to the fish pieces along with the ginger-garlic paste, salt, and lemon juice and marinate for 6 to 7 hours.
- Before frying the fish, take some suji (rava) in a plate and coat the fish with it; shallow-fry the fish in a pan till it’s properly fried.
- Garnish the fish with coriander leaves, onion rings, and lemon wedges, and it’s ready to eat.
