Ingredients:

• 4 rotis (leftover/fresh)
• 2 medium sized Tomatoes
• 7 Cloves of Garlic (crushed)
• 2 small Green chillies (crushed)
• 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
• 1.5 tsp coriander powder
• 2 tsp chopped Coriander leaves
• 1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder
• 1 tbsp Oil
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Cut each roti into 5-6 pieces and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add crushed garlic and green chillies. Fry till fragrant.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes and cook till they become soft.
  4. Add salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder and red chilli powder. Mix well.
  5. Add the roti pieces and saute.
  6. Cover and cook for 4-5 minutes on low flame.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
