
Ingredients:
• Boneless chicken- 1/2 kg
• Egg – 1
• Ginger Garlic paste 2 teaspoons
• Cornflour- 1 tbsp
• Maida – 4 tbsp
• Chilly sauce – 1 tbsp
• Green chillies- 4
• Garlic paste -1 tsp
• Curry leaves – 2-3 sprigs
• Yogurt – 1 cup
• Vinegar 1- tsp
• Red Chilli powder – 1/2 tbsp
• Garam Masala – 1/4 tsp
• Red colour – a pinch
• |Salt, pepper, ajinomoto- to taste
Method:
- For the chicken pakora:
- Mix the chicken, egg, ginger- garlic paste, cornflour, maida, chilli sauce, salt, chilli powder, pepper and ajinomoto.
- Cover the chicken pieces with batter before frying.
- Now heat oil in a deep pan and deep fry the pakoras until slightly brown.
- For chicken 65:
- Heat four tbsp of oil in a kadai and saute the green chillies, garlic, and curry leaves.
- Now add the yogurt, red chilli powder, garam masala and red colour.
- Cook for 2-3 mins and add the chicken pakoras to it.
- Cook until dry.
