
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – boiled peas
• 1 cup – Spinach leaves
• 1 tsp – oil
• 1.5 tsp – salt
• 1/2 cup – low fat Milk
• 1 cup – freshly made Cottage cheese
• 1 cup – boiled potatoes, grated
• 1/2 tsp – mixed herbs
• 1 tsp – black pepper
• 1 – large onion, sliced
Method:
- Saute onions, peas and spinach. Cook covered till done.
- Add 1/2 tsp salt.
- Grind paneer, milk, salt and black pepper into a sauce.
- Now, spread the cooked vegetables and sauce mixture in a greased baking dish. Mix well and spread the mashed potatoes on top.
- Sprinkle the herbs and bake in the pre-heated oven at 230 degree C for 10 -12 min.
- Serve hot.
