Ingredients:
• 250 g – Paneer
• 2 tbsp – kasoori Methi
• 1 – onion, ground
• 1 floret – garlic, ground
• 2 – green chillies, chopped fine
• 1 cup – Tomato paste
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala
• Chopped Coriander leaves
• Small quantity of ginger, ground
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Cut the paneer into cubes and fry (until it becomes light brown in colour).
- Soak the fried paneer in salted luke warm water for 15-20 minutes.
- Grind onion, garlic ginger and green chillies in mixie.
- Heat oil in heavy pan and add cumin seeds, turmeric powder and coriander powder. Stir it.
- Now add onion, ginger, garlic paste into oil and stir until oil separates.
- Add tomato paste in it and stir it.
- Add salt, chilli powder in it and stir until oil separates.
- Add kasuri methi in the mixture and stir it for 4-5 minutes.
- Add small quantity of half and half milk.
- Add small quantity of water, cover it and boil it.
- Add fried paneer cubes in it.
- Cover it, turn off the gas and add garam masala.
- Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves before serving.
- Serve it hot with chapatti or naan.
