
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – of any mixed vegetables such as carrots, peas, beans, potatoes, etc.
• 1 tsp – chopped Garlic
• 1 tsp – chopped Ginger
• 2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – cumin powder
• 2 tsp – Lemon juice
• 2 tsp – chopped Coriander leaves
• 1 tsp – chopped Mint
• 1 – Egg beaten
• 3 tbsp – Refined flour
• Salt to taste
• 4 tbsp – oil or Butter for frying
Method:
- Cook the mixed vegetables with a little water and mash well.
- Mix in the chopped garlic, ginger, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander leaves, mint, salt, egg and flour.
- For into small oval shaped kebabs.
- Heat oil in a shallow pan and shallow fry the kebabs a few at a time till golden brown.
