
Ingredients:
• 50 g – whole Fenugreek seeds
• 1 – Onion
• 1 – Tomato
• 1 – Carrot
• 1 – Green chilli
• 1 cup – mixed coriander and Mint leaves
• 1 tbsp – Lemon juice
• 1 pinch – Sugar
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp – chaat masala
Method:
- Soak the fenugreek seeds for 5 to 6 hours.
- Remove from water and wipe it dry.
- Take a bowl, add the fenugreek seeds, chopped tomato, onion and carrot.
- Mix well, add chopped chillies, coriander leaves salt, sugar, lemon juice and chaat masala.
